1. Who we are
This website, milicakrstic.com, is operated by Milica Krstić, podnik zahraničnej osoby, IČO 56 712 928, registered and based in Bratislava, Slovakia. For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact milica@feelsafehub.com.
2. What personal data we collect
- Contact details you provide directly: name, email address, and any information you choose to share when you book an intro call, complete a pre-call questionnaire, or write to milica@feelsafehub.com.
- Booking data: when you book a call through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email, and the details you enter into the booking form. This data is processed by Calendly under its own privacy policy.
- Health-related information, where relevant: because this work touches wellbeing and performance under pressure, clients may voluntarily share health-related context during a questionnaire or during sessions. This is a special category of personal data under Article 9 of the GDPR. It is only collected with your explicit, informed consent, is used only to deliver the engagement you have booked, and is never shared with third parties without your permission.
- Website usage data: this website does not currently use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts. If that changes, this policy will be updated in advance, and consent will be requested where required.
3. Why we process your data
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange an intro call (legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps, Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- To deliver the engagement you have booked (performance of a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To process health-related information you choose to share (explicit consent, Article 9(2)(a) GDPR).
- To meet legal or accounting obligations, such as invoicing (legal obligation, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
4. Who we share your data with
Your data is not sold. It may be shared with:
- Calendly, for scheduling calls (Calendly, LLC, United States, see Calendly’s own privacy policy).
- Email and communication providers used to correspond with you.
- Accounting or invoicing services, where required by Slovak law.
No health-related information is shared with any third party without your explicit consent.
5. International data transfers
Some service providers, such as Calendly, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, transfers are made under appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep your data
Enquiry and booking data is kept for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of the engagement plus the period required by Slovak accounting and tax law, generally up to ten years for invoicing records.
Health-related information shared during sessions is kept only as long as necessary for the engagement, and is deleted or anonymized once it is no longer needed, unless a longer period is required by law.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data held about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request erasure of your data, where applicable
- Restrict or object to processing
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal
- Lodge a complaint with the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky) or your local supervisory authority
To exercise any of these rights, contact milica@feelsafehub.com.
8. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Children
This website and these services are not directed at, or intended for, anyone under eighteen years of age.
10. Cookies
