Terms of use

Last updated: July 2026

By using this website, including the AI assistant and the self-check, you agree to these terms.

What this website is, and is not

The short version: everything on this site is information and orientation, not therapy, medical care, or diagnosis. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line immediately.

The content, the AI assistant, and the self-check exist to help you understand your situation and find the right way to work with me. They do not create a therapeutic or client relationship, and they are not a substitute for assessment or treatment by a qualified professional who knows your situation.

The AI assistant

The self-check

The self-check is an educational tool reflecting patterns I see in clinical practice. It is not a validated diagnostic instrument and its result is not a diagnosis. Whatever your result, if you are worried about your health, speak to a doctor or mental health professional.

Services and booking

Programs described on this site (Executive Recovery Intensive, Oporavak, organizational work, SoulFit, and advisory work) are subject to their own agreements, which you receive before any paid engagement begins. Booking an intro call through Calendly is free and creates no obligation on either side.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, design, the self-check, and program names, belongs to Milica Krstić unless stated otherwise. You may share links freely; please do not republish content without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the website content, the AI assistant, or the self-check. Third-party services used on this site (Calendly, Web3Forms, Netlify, Anthropic) operate under their own terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic and applicable EU law. If you are a consumer in the EU, this does not deprive you of protections granted by the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Slovak courts. EU consumers may also use the alternative dispute resolution bodies listed by the Slovak Trade Inspection (soi.sk).
