This website belongs to Milica Krstić. Because the topics here, stress, burnout, and mental health, are personal, this page explains carefully what data is collected, on what legal basis, and what your rights are.

Who is responsible (data controller)

The AI assistant

The short version: you must actively tick a consent box before your first message is processed. Your conversation is used only to generate a reply, is not stored by this website, and you stay anonymous unless you choose to share personal details.

What is processed: the text you type into the chat.
Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box before sending. You can simply stop using the chat at any time; nothing is retained.
Where it goes: your message is sent through this website's own server to Anthropic PBC (USA), the provider of the Claude AI model, to generate the reply. This is an international data transfer safeguarded by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. Anthropic does not use API data to train its models by default (see anthropic.com/legal/privacy).
Storage: this website stores nothing. There is no chat history, no account, no profile.
Please do not enter medical diagnoses, medication details, or information about other people. The assistant does not need them.

The self-check

Your answers are processed only inside your browser; nothing leaves your device while you answer. If you choose to receive your full breakdown by email, your email address and your result category are sent to me. Because a burnout result relates to health, this counts as a special category of data, and it is processed only with your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR), given by ticking a separate box. You can withdraw consent any time with one email, and I will delete your data.

Newsletter and applications

Newsletter: your email address, processed on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), collected via a checkbox that is never pre-ticked. Every letter includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing deletes you from the list.
Program applications: your name, email, and anything you write, processed to take steps prior to entering a contract with you (Article 6(1)(b)).
Delivery: form submissions are delivered via Web3Forms and stored in my mailbox. Retention: application data is kept for up to 12 months after our last contact unless we start working together; newsletter data until you unsubscribe.

Booking a call (Calendly)

The booking calendar in the Book section is provided by Calendly LLC (USA). When that part of the page loads, your browser connects to Calendly's servers, and Calendly shows its own cookie consent notice inside the calendar before setting any non-essential cookies. If you book, Calendly processes your name, email, and answers under its own privacy policy (calendly.com/privacy), with EU transfers safeguarded by the Data Privacy Framework. If you prefer, you can book by opening Calendly in a new tab instead.

Fonts, hosting, and cookies

Fonts are hosted on this website's own server. No requests are made to Google or any font network.
Hosting is provided by Netlify, Inc. (USA), which may process technical logs such as IP addresses for security and delivery (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f); transfers safeguarded by the Data Privacy Framework).
Cookies: this website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. If a third-party service you choose to load (Calendly) sets its own cookies, that happens only after your click.

Who receives your data

Only the processors named above: Anthropic (AI replies), Web3Forms (form delivery), Calendly (booking, only if you load it), and Netlify (hosting). Your data is never sold and never used for advertising.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw any consent at any time without affecting past processing. Write to milica@feelsafehub.com and I will respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak supervisory authority: Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will be updated. Material changes to how the AI assistant or self-check handle data will be flagged directly next to those features.
