Her work focuses on improving mental health outcomes and accessibility for underserved and marginalized communities, making a measurable global impact.

Milica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing and Social Media from the University of Sheffield. She has completed a four-year program in integrative body psychotherapy at the IPD Center in Croatia and is a certified Heal Your Life Workshop Leader and Life Coach, trained under Louise Hay’s methodologies. Her interdisciplinary education combines psychology, psychotherapy, and digital strategy, enabling her to innovate in the fields of mental health and public health advocacy.

Milica has extensive international experience working with entrepreneurs and professionals globally, providing psychological support and resilience training tailored to high-pressure environments. Over the past five years, she has conducted sessions and workshops that integrate body-oriented psychotherapy and creative approaches, fostering emotional resilience and mental well-being in diverse populations.

In addition to her clinical work, Milica organizes the Days of Psychology conference in collaboration with the International Slavic University in North Macedonia. This annual event brings together over 800 participants both online and in person, offering a platform for discussions and presentations on contemporary mental health topics. The conference underscores her dedication to advancing mental health education and fostering professional collaboration.

Milica’s contributions to the mental health field extend to publishing and public speaking. She is the author of It’s Not a Big Deal, a memoir that explores resilience through personal narratives, and has been invited to speak at high-profile events, including the MISK Global Forum in Saudi Arabia, where she discussed the intersection of mental health, leadership, and resilience.

Her non-profit organization, Siguran Prostor, operates with a team of 135 volunteers and has become a leading initiative in providing free mental health support. The organization’s multilingual approach ensures accessibility for individuals across diverse backgrounds and geographies, addressing critical gaps in mental health services.

Milica’s academic interests include resilience, public mental health, and integrative approaches to psychotherapy. She actively contributes to the dissemination of mental health knowledge through research, writing, and organizing educational initiatives, with a focus on creating sustainable and scalable solutions for improving mental health outcomes.
